TRE®
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises, or TRE®, is a gentle yet effective tool for releasing stress and tension held in the body. This stress and tension can build up through everyday pressures, challenging life events, or unresolved trauma.
TRE® involves a sequence of six simple exercises designed to safely activate the body’s natural shaking response — known as neurogenic tremors.
These tremors are the body’s innate way of discharging tension and restoring balance to the nervous system. By gently engaging and stretching specific muscle groups, the exercises help elicit the neurogenic tremors.
When neurogenic tremors are activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return to a state of balance where we can experience peace and aliveness.
Neurogenic Yoga™
Neurogenic Yoga™ is a revolutionary technique in trauma healing, tension release, and stress reduction. Neurogenic Yoga™ uses asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) to elicit neurogenic tremors safely.

TRE is available at Stillness for the Heart with Sarah Ang and Tifanis Eu, certified TRE® providers. Neurogenic Yoga™ is facilitated by Tifanis Eu, who is a certified Neurogenic Yoga™ provider and experienced yoga teacher.
Since 2018, Sarah has conducted private and group sessions and shared her arduous healing journey, exploring different therapy modalities. With her success, she now uses her sensitivity and knowledge to help others.
As a counsellor/therapist and yoga teacher, Tifanis helps clients find safety and healing by integrating psychological and somatic/body-based therapies.
