Counselling/Psychotherapy

What is counseling?

What are the benefits of it?

Counseling, also known as talk- or psychotherapy, creates a confidential and secure environment for individuals to share and discuss their problems and challenging emotions. People may seek therapy to either explore their thoughts and feelings in greater depth or to initiate a positive change in their lives. In today's society, people often encounter issues such as anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, addictions, and relationship problems.

Through counseling, individuals can gain a new perspective on their challenges, learn methods to manage difficult emotions, work through childhood trauma, relational trauma, and emotional blockages, and gain clarity surrounding their issues. A counselor or therapist will not dictate what to do but rather encourage you to talk about what's troubling you, help you identify the underlying causes, and develop a plan of action to either resolve the issues or find ways to cope.

“The still waters of a lake reflect the beauty around it. When the mind is still, the beauty of the self is reflected.”
