What is TRE?

TRE is an effective and simple set of exercises that releases stress stored in the body through shaking and trembling the neurological-linked muscles. it is a safe, relaxing, and low-impact movement activity that calms the nervous system adequately for individuals who exhibit PTSD, anxiety attacks, or insomnia. TRE® is also popular for people with intense lifestyles and those simply looking for ways to unwind and restore balance and clarity of the mind in a fun and easy way! It is suitable for all age groups except those who had recent surgeries.

Who conducts the TRE session?

Your session will be facilitated under the supervision of a certified TRE® provider, Sarah Ang.

Since 2018, Sarah has conducted private and group sessions and shared her own arduous healing journey exploring different therapy modalities. With her success, she now makes use of her sensitivity and knowledge to help others. Modifications will be made upon requirement. Sessions are individually arranged for privacy purposes.
