TRE Trainer / Mindfulness Coach

Sarah Ang is a certified TRE® provider since 2019 and has been facilitating group and individual TRE® sessions for clients with medical issues including anxiety disorder, PTSD, depression, and addiction. She is a trauma thriver armed with her own experience of overcoming post-trauma stress and advocates self-discovery in overcoming challenges. Sarah is sensitive to her clients' needs and adapts the exercises to cater to individual's condition to ensure clients have a safe and stable recovery process.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
